What this book will teach you

Blair Hall Hayes, PhD wrote this book because in our fast-moving world, the 'thank you' has become a lost art. We assume that others know they are appreciated or valued, but we do not take the time to put it into words. This book aims to help individuals reflect on the joys in their lives and to think fondly about all those who have joined them on their path to happiness and fulfillment. The book provides tips and techniques to think about how we all can incorporate gratitude and grateful acts into our own lives. I believe that our world lacks kindness, compassion, grace, and gratitude and that committing to these acts of appreciation may make our relationships with one another stronger and that we will all be better for it.
